About ICCNRE 2026
在全球共同应对气候变化、加快推进能源体系绿色转型的背景下,构建以可再生能源为主体的新型电力系统、探索科学可行的碳中和路径已成为国际社会的紧迫任务。随着风电、光伏等波动性可再生能源的大规模接入,电力系统在安全稳定运行、跨区域协调、灵活调节等方面面临全新挑战。与此同时,各国纷纷提出碳中和目标,推动能源、工业、交通等多领域深度脱碳,亟需在技术革新、政策机制、市场设计及系统规划层面实现突破性进展。
人工智能、大数据、物联网、先进储能与数字化电网等技术的快速发展,为高比例可再生能源并网提供了关键支撑,也为打通能源、电力与碳管理系统的协同路径创造了可能。如何实现可再生能源的高效消纳、提升电网韧性与智能化水平、构建多能互补与供需互动的新型能源系统,并统筹推进技术、市场与政策创新,是全球学术界、产业界与决策者共同关注的核心议题。
为促进国际间在可再生能源集成、电力系统转型与碳中和战略领域的交流与合作,推动跨学科、跨行业的创新融合与知识共享,碳中和与可再生能源国际会议(ICCNRE)应运而生。本次会议旨在汇集全球科研机构、电力企业及技术先锋,分享前沿研究成果、创新实践与政策见解,共同探讨面向碳中和的能源系统转型路径与合作机遇。
Against the backdrop of the global response to climate change and the accelerated green transition of energy systems, building a new power system dominated by renewable energy and exploring scientifically feasible pathways to carbon neutrality have become urgent tasks for the international community. With the large-scale integration of volatile renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power, power systems face brand-new challenges in safe and stable operation, cross-regional coordination, and flexible regulation. Meanwhile, as countries successively propose carbon neutrality goals to drive deep decarbonization in energy, industry, transportation, and other sectors, there is an urgent need for breakthrough progress in technological innovation, policy mechanisms, market design, and system planning.
The rapid development of technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of Things, advanced energy storage, and digital grids has provided critical support for the integration of high-proportion renewable energy and created possibilities for connecting the collaborative pathways of energy, power, and carbon management systems. How to achieve efficient consumption of renewable energy, enhance grid resilience and intelligence, build a new energy system with multi-energy complementation and supply-demand interaction, and coordinate technology, market, and policy innovation are core issues of common concern to the global academia, industry, and policymakers.
To promote international exchange and cooperation in the fields of renewable energy integration, power system transition, and carbon neutrality strategies, and to drive interdisciplinary and cross-industry innovation and knowledge sharing, the International Conference on Carbon Neutrality and Renewable Energy (ICCNRE) was established. This conference aims to gather global research institutions, power enterprises, policymakers, and technology pioneers to share frontier research results, innovative practices, and policy insights on topics such as renewable energy integration technology, flexible grid control, carbon metering and trading, multi-energy system planning, digital empowerment, and international experience comparison, jointly exploring the transition pathways and cooperation opportunities for energy systems facing carbon neutrality.

Submission and Publication
经过严格评审后,所有被接收的论文将提交至IEEE,以会议论文集的形式出版,并随后提交至IEEE Xplore数据库收录。
After a rigorous review process, all accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE for publication in the conference proceedings and will subsequently be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore database.

Submission Guidelines
- 所有投稿须为原创、未在其他会议或期刊发表过的研究成果。 (下载论文模板)
- All submissions must be original research results not previously published in other conferences or journals. (Download Template)
- 论文须按照模板撰写,英文投稿。
- Papers must be written in English following the template.
- 投稿将经过至少两位专家的同行评审,以确保学术质量。
- Submissions will undergo peer review by at least two experts to ensure academic quality.
- 被录用的论文需在大会会场完成展示(张贴海报或口头汇报),才能进入出版流程。
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference venue (poster or oral) in order to proceed to the publication process.
